- 120ml heavy cream
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- 120ml beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente, then drain.
- Season beef strips with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear beef until browned, then set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Return beef to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
- Add cooked linguine and spinach, tossing until spinach wilts and pasta is coated.
