Description

A rich and comforting garlic butter beef linguine tossed with tender beef strips, fresh spinach, and a creamy parmesan sauce. This cozy pasta brings together bold flavors and silky textures in every bite, making it perfect for a satisfying homemade dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 350g linguine pasta
  • 400g beef strips, thinly sliced
  • 150g fresh spinach leaves
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 120ml heavy cream
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 120ml beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente, then drain.
  2. Season beef strips with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear beef until browned, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add beef broth and heavy cream, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  6. Return beef to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
  7. Add cooked linguine and spinach, tossing until spinach wilts and pasta is coated.
  8. Finish with parmesan cheese and chili flakes, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the beef to keep it tender and juicy.
  • Reserve a little pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
  • Add spinach at the end to keep its fresh color and texture.
  • Taste before adding extra salt since parmesan adds saltiness.
