Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with a creamy, savory sausage and cream cheese mixture, baked until golden and irresistible.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 225 grams sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 200 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (about 8 rolls)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage with softened cream cheese until smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the filling on each triangle and roll from the wide end.
  5. Arrange the crescents on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • Drain sausage well to avoid excess grease.
  • Do not overfill the dough to prevent leaking.
