- 300 grams penne pasta
- 300 grams thinly sliced beef
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 150 grams shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, then remove from the pan.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic until soft.
- Pour in beef broth and milk, then stir in cream cheese and shredded provolone until melted and smooth.
- Return the beef to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
