- 300 g pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat if needed, then reduce heat slightly.
- Add cooked pasta into the skillet and mix with the beef.
- Slowly stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy and coats the pasta.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then mix well.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
