Description

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 300 g pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Drain excess fat if needed, then reduce heat slightly.
  6. Add cooked pasta into the skillet and mix with the beef.
  7. Slowly stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy and coats the pasta.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper, then mix well.
