Description

A comforting one-pot pasta made with tender beef, garlic, and linguine simmered in a rich buttery sauce for a quick and satisfying meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • Linguine pasta: 250 g
  • Beef sirloin or thin beef strips: 300 g
  • Garlic cloves: 5 cloves, minced
  • Butter: 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Water or broth: 4 cups

Instructions

  1. Heat a large deep pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in water or broth and add linguine directly into the pot.
  5. Simmer while stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  6. Add butter and stir until melted and sauce becomes glossy.
  7. Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Slice beef thinly for quicker and more tender cooking.
  • Stir pasta frequently to prevent sticking.
  • Add butter at the end for a richer flavor.
  • Adjust broth quantity if you prefer more or less sauce.
