Ingredients
- Linguine pasta: 250 g
- Beef sirloin or thin beef strips: 300 g
- Garlic cloves: 5 cloves, minced
- Butter: 3 tablespoons

- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Water or broth: 4 cups
Instructions
- Heat a large deep pan over medium heat and add olive oil.

- Pour in water or broth and add linguine directly into the pot.
