- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 large mango, diced
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and let it heat for about 30 seconds.
- Place the salmon into the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- While the salmon cooks, arrange romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced mango, and avocado in a large serving bowl.
- Blend cilantro, lime juice, honey, water, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth to create the dressing.
- Place the cooked salmon over the salad.
- Drizzle the cilantro lime dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
