- 4 salmon fillets about 150 grams each
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Place the salmon fillets skin side down in the pan and cook undisturbed.
- After 4 to 5 minutes, flip the salmon, add the remaining butter and the lemon garlic mixture, then cook another 3 to 4 minutes while spooning the sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the salmon and let it rest for a minute.
- Serve with your favorite sides and drizzle extra sauce on top.
