  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  • 1 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and a small amount of sugar. Let sit until foamy, then add eggs, melted butter, and flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rest and rise until doubled in size.

  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into even rolls.
  6. Place the rolls into the prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between each.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar to create a glaze, then drizzle over warm rolls.
