- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, stir almond butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in shredded carrots until evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice into bars and serve directly from the freezer or let soften slightly before eating.
