- 1 cup milk

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until ready for frying.
- In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Coat chicken in the flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then coat again in flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken in hot oil for 6 to 8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and let it rest on a wire rack.
- Dip bread slices into the custard mixture briefly.
- Heat butter in a pan and cook the soaked bread until golden on both sides.
- Place fried chicken between two slices of French toast.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the sandwich and serve warm.
