- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup sliced dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly grease the skillet and ensure it is evenly heated.
- Spread a thin layer of seasoned chicken onto one side of each tortilla.
- Place tortilla chicken side down into the skillet, cook until chicken is browned and cooked through. Sprinkle cheddar cheese around the edges and allow it to melt and crisp. Flip briefly to warm the tortilla side.
- Remove from skillet and top with sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, and ranch dressing.
- Fold and serve immediately.
