Description

Ingredients

  • 300 grams pasta
  • 2 boneless chicken pieces, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream, stirring well.
  7. Mix in grated parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
  8. Add cooked pasta and fresh spinach to the sauce, tossing until coated and spinach is wilted.
  9. Return the chicken to the pan and mix everything together.
  10. Adjust seasoning and add a splash of pasta water if needed, then serve warm.
