- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, combine cheese tortellini, heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Mix until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
