Description

Ingredients

  • 500 grams cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cheese tortellini, heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
