- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and reserve a small amount of pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, chili flakes, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, then stir until smooth.
- Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until fully coated, allowing it to simmer gently.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve warm topped with fresh parsley.
