Description

Creamy spicy garlic noodles that are rich, comforting, and packed with bold flavor, ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 250 grams spaghetti or noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and reserve a small amount of pasta water.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, chili flakes, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, then stir until smooth.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until fully coated, allowing it to simmer gently.
  6. Stir in grated parmesan cheese and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Serve warm topped with fresh parsley.
