Description

A comforting homemade bowl layered with creamy mashed potatoes, crispy chicken, sweet corn, rich brown gravy, and melted cheddar cheese, bringing together classic flavors in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked chicken pieces
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1 cup brown gravy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and mash the potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat or crisp the cooked chicken pieces in a pan until warm and crispy.
  4. Warm the corn and brown gravy separately.
