Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, mix the egg yolks, Greek yogurt, salt, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese if using until smooth.
- In a separate clean bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, keeping the batter light and airy.
- Spoon the mixture into 6 small rounds on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
- Let the cloud bread cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
