Description

A light, fluffy, high-protein cloud bread snack made with eggs and Greek yogurt, perfect for quick snacking or simple savory toppings.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mix the egg yolks, Greek yogurt, salt, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese if using until smooth.
  3. In a separate clean bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, keeping the batter light and airy.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 6 small rounds on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
  7. Let the cloud bread cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
