- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 slices deli turkey, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread half of the shredded chicken in the prepared baking dish. Layer with half of the chopped turkey and half of the Swiss cheese.
- Pour half of the creamy sauce over the layers. Repeat with remaining chicken, turkey, cheese, and sauce.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes if desired for extra golden color.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top, let rest for 10 minutes, then serve warm.
