- 200 grams camembert cheese, cut into small pieces
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with salt, black pepper, and thyme until evenly coated.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into equal squares.
- Place a few slices of potato and a piece of camembert cheese in the center of each square.
- Lightly fold the edges or leave them open depending on preference.
- Brush each pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle honey over the warm bites.
- Allow to cool slightly, then serve and enjoy.
