- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Add butter to the pan and let it melt evenly.
- Dip each slice of brioche into the custard mixture, coating both sides lightly.
- Place the soaked slices in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and add powdered sugar or syrup if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
