Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
