Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
