Instructions

- Press the crust mixture firmly into the prepared pan and smooth it evenly.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, then pour over the crust.
- Toss sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, then spread evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 35 minutes until the center is set but slightly soft.
- Allow to cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
