Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and rolled oats, then mix until fully combined.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten them.
- Bake for 12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool slightly to firm up.
- Serve and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best natural sweetness.
- If the mixture feels too wet, add a tablespoon of oats.
