Description

Soft, naturally sweet cookies made with just three wholesome ingredients, perfect for a quick snack or healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter and rolled oats, then mix until fully combined.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten them.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool slightly to firm up.
  7. Serve and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
