- 450 grams ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 small red chili, sliced
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
- Add vegetable oil to the hot pan.
- Add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked.
- Pour in the sauce and stir well to coat the chicken.
- Turn off heat and fold in fresh basil until just wilted.
- Serve hot over cooked white rice.
