Description

Ingredients

  • 450 grams ground chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 small red chili, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked white rice


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the hot pan.
  4. Add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked.
  6. Pour in the sauce and stir well to coat the chicken.
  7. Turn off heat and fold in fresh basil until just wilted.
  8. Serve hot over cooked white rice.
