- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 tsp lime zest
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper (and jalapeño if using).
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
