Instructions
- Pat dry watermelon, mozzarella, and tomato slices with paper towels to reduce moisture.
- Place one slice of watermelon on a plate as the base.
- Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves on top of the watermelon.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction and olive oil, if using.
