Description

Juicy marinated beef wrapped with crispy, golden potato slices, grilled to perfection on skewers for a viral-worthy, crowd-pleasing snack or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Set your grill or oven to 200°C (392°F) if baking. For grilling, heat to medium-high.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced beef with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease grill grates with oil.
  4. Thread beef and potato slices together onto skewers, wrapping in a spiral pattern.
  5. Grill or bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
