- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Set your grill or oven to 200°C (392°F) if baking. For grilling, heat to medium-high.
- In a bowl, mix sliced beef with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease grill grates with oil.
- Thread beef and potato slices together onto skewers, wrapping in a spiral pattern.
- Grill or bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
