Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix yellow cake mix, cream cheese, eggs, and oil until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the batter in the pan.
  5. Pour the remaining cake batter over the cinnamon sugar layer and spread gently to cover.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
  8. Slice and serve.
