Ingredients
Scale
- 3 tablespoons oat flour
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together oat flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt (optional).
- Add maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
- Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, until the brownie looks set but still slightly gooey in the center.
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes before digging in.
Notes
- For extra gooey texture, slightly undercook and let it rest — it will continue to set as it cools.
- You can swap almond butter with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter.
- Top with a scoop of dairy-free ice cream or fresh berries for a treat.
