- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Fresh parsley or scallions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with the olive oil until hot.
- Combine Ingredients: Toss chicken pieces in a bowl with salt, pepper, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Ensure the skillet is hot and evenly coated with oil before adding the chicken.
- Assemble the Dish: Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

- Finishing Touches: Return chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce. Simmer for 2 more minutes.
