- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, dip into eggs, then press into breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place cutlets in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Lightly spray or brush with olive oil if needed for extra crispiness.
