- 5 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- Additional salsa, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, taco meat, cheddar cheese, salsa, mayonnaise, olives, and onion until well mixed.
- Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a portion of the mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with a thin layer of shredded lettuce.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge, to form a pinwheel.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
- Arrange on a platter and serve with additional salsa for dipping.
