- 500 grams gnocchi
- 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- A small handful fresh basil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce and stir.
- Let the sauce simmer on low heat.
- Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Cook gnocchi in boiling water until they float, then drain.
- Add gnocchi to the sauce and toss gently.
- Stir in parmesan, salt, and black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.

- Use fresh gnocchi for best texture.
- Adjust sweet chilli sauce to control sweetness and spice.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
