Ingredients
- Bell Peppers: 3 large, halved and deseeded
- Italian Sausage: 1 pound, casings removed
- Red Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
- Black Olives: 1/4 cup, sliced
- Mushrooms: 1/2 cup, chopped
- Marinara Sauce: 1 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese: 1 1/2 cups, shredded
- Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup, grated
- Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
