Description

A wholesome twist on classic supreme pizza, these stuffed bell peppers are bursting with savory sausage, melty cheese, and vibrant veggies all tucked into sweet roasted peppers.


Ingredients

  • Bell Peppers: 3 large, halved and deseeded
  • Italian Sausage: 1 pound, casings removed
  • Red Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
  • Black Olives: 1/4 cup, sliced
  • Mushrooms: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Marinara Sauce: 1 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 1/2 cups, shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup, grated
  • Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Cook sausage until browned, add onion, mushrooms, marinara, olives, oregano, and half the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
