- 250 grams rigatoni pasta
- 200 grams ricotta cheese
- 100 grams fresh spinach
- 150 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Cook the rigatoni until slightly underdone, then drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, fresh spinach, garlic, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Fill each rigatoni tube with the prepared cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed rigatoni in the basket, spoon tomato sauce over them, and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are slightly crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Do not overcook the pasta before stuffing to keep its shape.
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
