Description

Crispy air-fried rigatoni stuffed with a creamy ricotta and spinach filling, topped with melted mozzarella and rich tomato sauce for a comforting and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 250 grams rigatoni pasta
  • 200 grams ricotta cheese
  • 100 grams fresh spinach
  • 150 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Cook the rigatoni until slightly underdone, then drain and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, fresh spinach, garlic, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Fill each rigatoni tube with the prepared cheese mixture.
  6. Arrange the stuffed rigatoni in the basket, spoon tomato sauce over them, and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  7. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are slightly crispy.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • Do not overcook the pasta before stuffing to keep its shape.
