A creamy, tropical smoothie that blends ripe bananas, juicy strawberries, and rich coconut milk into a refreshing drink bursting with island flavor.

- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing bananas and washing strawberries.
- In a blender, add coconut milk, pineapple juice, banana slices, strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add ice cubes last on top of other ingredients.
- Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the texture is creamy and smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a strawberry slice or pineapple wedge.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
