Description

A creamy, tropical smoothie that blends ripe bananas, juicy strawberries, and rich coconut milk into a refreshing drink bursting with island flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing bananas and washing strawberries.
  2. In a blender, add coconut milk, pineapple juice, banana slices, strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add ice cubes last on top of other ingredients.
  4. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the texture is creamy and smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a strawberry slice or pineapple wedge.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
