- 250 grams Spaghetti
- 4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 4 Round Bread Rolls, hollowed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, then add cooked spaghetti, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Fill each hollowed bread roll with the pasta mixture and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until tops are golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and serve warm.
