Description

Creamy, cheesy spaghetti served inside hollowed garlic bread bowls, topped with melted cheese and fresh parsley for a cozy, indulgent meal


Ingredients

  • 250 grams Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 4 Round Bread Rolls, hollowed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, then add cooked spaghetti, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  5. Fill each hollowed bread roll with the pasta mixture and place on a baking tray.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until tops are golden and bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and serve warm.
