- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the green onions.
- Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish or skillet.
- Spread the dip mixture evenly in the dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and an optional drizzle of barbecue sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining green onions.
