Description

Ingredients

  • 800 grams chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  4. Add the chicken to the marinade and coat it thoroughly, then arrange in a single layer in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
