- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and coat it thoroughly, then arrange in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
