Description

Tender slices of kielbasa slow-cooked in a rich, sweet and tangy barbecue glaze, perfect for parties or easy comfort meals.


Ingredients

  • 900 grams kielbasa sausage, sliced into bite-sized rounds
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Set the slow cooker to low heat to preheat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease the slow cooker if needed.
  4. Add sliced kielbasa into the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes after cooking to allow the sauce to thicken.
