- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F or heat a skillet if searing the meatballs.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly grease your slow cooker insert.
- Roll mixture into 1.5-inch balls. Optionally, sear or bake them for 10 minutes for added texture.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
- Gently stir meatballs to coat evenly and let rest in sauce for 10 minutes before serving.
