Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F or heat a skillet if searing the meatballs.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly grease your slow cooker insert.
  4. Roll mixture into 1.5-inch balls. Optionally, sear or bake them for 10 minutes for added texture.
  5. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  6. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the meatballs.
  7. Cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
  8. Gently stir meatballs to coat evenly and let rest in sauce for 10 minutes before serving.
