Description

This Sloppy Joe Casserole is a cozy, family-friendly dinner that combines all the saucy, savory goodness of classic Sloppy Joes with the comfort of cheesy baked pasta. It’s hearty, cheesy, and the perfect weeknight meal everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) Manwich Sloppy Joes Sauce
  • 8 ounces cavatappi pasta (or any pasta shape)
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion (or one small onion)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the Manwich Sloppy Joes Sauce and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and Velveeta cubes to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is coated in the sauce.
  7. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
