Crispy, golden sesame-crusted prawn toast sliders filled with savory, garlicky prawn paste, perfect for snacking or entertaining.

- 300g Raw Prawns (peeled and deveined)
- 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Egg White
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 6 slices White Bread (crusts removed)
- 3 tbsp Sesame Seeds (white and black)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions
- Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add about ½ inch of vegetable oil.
- In a food processor, blend prawns, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, egg white, cornstarch, salt, and pepper into a smooth paste.
- Line a tray with paper towels to drain cooked sliders.
- Spread prawn paste on one slice of bread, top with another slice, press into sesame seeds to coat one side, and cut into quarters.
- Fry sliders sesame-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined tray and sprinkle with optional garnishes.
- Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dip.

- Use cold prawn paste for better spreading and texture.
- Fry in batches to maintain oil temperature and ensure even browning.
