Instructions
- Prepare the Noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. If using no-boil noodles, you can skip this step.
- Sauté the Seafood: In a large skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then stir in shrimp and crab meat until just cooked through. Season with Italian seasoning and set aside.
- Mix the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and spinach. Mix until well incorporated and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Lasagna: In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of noodles, followed by half of the cheese mixture, half of the seafood, and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
