A delicious and easy-to-make casserole combining the classic flavors of a Reuben sandwich with flaky crescent roll dough for a crowd-pleasing bake.

- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 8 oz corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll crescent dough and press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, sealing perforations.
- Layer corned beef evenly over the dough.
- Spread sauerkraut evenly over the corned beef.
- Layer Swiss cheese slices on top.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing evenly over the cheese layer.
- Roll out remaining crescent dough and cover the layered ingredients, sealing edges.
- Brush the top with melted butter, if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Make sure to drain the sauerkraut well to prevent sogginess.
- Use deli-sliced corned beef for convenience and flavor.
- Serve with extra Thousand Island dressing or pickles on the side.
