Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate: 200 grams (roughly chopped)
- Heavy Cream: 150 milliliters
- Fresh Raspberries: 125 grams
- Unsalted Butter: 15 grams
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: A pinch
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Warm your mixing bowl slightly by rinsing it with hot water and drying thoroughly.
- Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, gently heat the cream until just beginning to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and salt.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Place chopped chocolate and butter into the warm mixing bowl. Pour the hot cream mixture over and let sit undisturbed for 2 minutes.
