Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, cocoa, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
- Add 1-2 ounces of dairy milk gradually until the batter reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
- Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe mug or bowl.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, checking for doneness; the brownie should be firm but moist.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, top with a few berries or a drizzle of chocolate.
