Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup Warm Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 medium Potatoes, grated and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine grated potatoes, mozzarella, cheddar, parsley, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll each into a circle. Place filling on one circle and seal with another.
  5. Place on the hot skillet and cook each side for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Brush with melted butter and let rest a minute.
  7. Slice and serve warm with your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Squeeze out all water from the potatoes to prevent sogginess.
  • Use a mix of cheeses for best flavor.
