Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (such as Ritz)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts, spreading it evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the top of the chicken and sauce.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
