These Pizza Sliders are a fun, crowd-pleasing snack or meal. Soft Hawaiian rolls are layered with gooey cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, then brushed with a flavorful buttery herb mixture and baked to perfection.

- 12-count package Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese (or 6 mozzarella and 6 provolone slices)
- 4 ounces pepperoni (24 large slices or 48 smaller slices)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Sliders: Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in the baking dish. Layer with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Place top halves over sliders.
- Make Butter Mixture: In a small saucepan or microwave, melt butter and stir in dried minced onion, garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush Sliders: Generously brush the butter mixture over the tops of the sliders. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

- Mix mozzarella and provolone for extra flavor.
- Can add sliced vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for variety.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge and reheat in the oven to maintain crisp tops.
