These Pizza Roses are a fun and flavorful twist on classic pizza, featuring puff pastry spirals filled with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan, baked to golden perfection.

- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix marinara sauce with dried oregano. Prepare cheeses and lay out the puff pastry.
- Lightly grease or line your baking tray.
- Cut the puff pastry into 2-inch wide strips. Spread a thin layer of marinara, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan, and roll each strip from one end to the other. Place upright on the tray.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve warm with extra marinara on the side.
Notes
- Chill the rolled pastries before baking to help them keep their shape.
- Don’t overload with sauce to avoid sogginess.
- Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
